Two Wombats are an exceptional company and it's such a pleasure not only buying my beloved nicotine pouches from them but also dealing with their customer services representatives! Lee, who has assisted me on numerous occasions is down to earth, friendly and extremely eager to help. Twice now I have made an error with my order, and without hesitation Lee sent me a return labels and exchanged my items free of charge for me. The value for product is excellent

The value for product is excellent. However, the delivery process is challenging. It would be helpful to have a time frame for delivery since I must sign for it. FedEx email stated it would be delivered by 1:30, I waited until 4pm and had to run to the store. In the 45 minutes that I was gone the delivery was attempted and missed. I wasted a whole day waiting for this and had to wait again.
