Excellent service
I don't often leave reviews but when a service is as good as Snus Vikings provide I think it should be commended. I switched to them from another company more than a year ago. I place my order and I get delivery the next day. On one occasion this didn't happen and because they're normally so efficient I reached out to them. Anna dealt with my query promptly and professionally. She then followed up with me to ensure everything was in order. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for my Snus products.
Extremely helpful service, my order was lost and delayed through no fault of the company, Lee was apologetic even when he didn’t need to be and quickly replaced the order with upgraded shipping. Would highly recommend as they go above and beyond for their customers.
