Hi Jon, I'm sorry you haven't received your delivery yet. We did dispatch it on time and the tracking shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery the following day on Saturday 14th but there was no answer / nobody home. I see that you have now booked a new delivery time with Royal Mail, so hopefully you will receive it soon. Please get in touch if there is anything further we can do.
Twice I've messed up the delivery address (movong house and sending to a friend) and both times customer service were very quick and communicative.They aldo have an excellent range and ubeatable prices, especially on the special offers.
