We did dispatch it on time and the tracking shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery the following day on Saturday 14th but there was no answer / nobody home. I see that you have now booked a new delivery time with Royal Mail, so hopefully you will receive it soon. Please get in touch if there is anything further we can do.
