Awesome thing is i made a mistakeOn a Sunday made a request to ammend order from 3mg to 6mg and they utilise ai and this halted the order and assured me human eyes would see it Monday.Well humans make mistakes and they sent me the 3mg and 6mg by mistakeObviously the product is already cheap as chips and they kindly sent me a pre paid tag to send them back (they asked very kindly) even sweetening the deal with some free cans on my next orderIn the spirit of Christmas I agreed as so far the service has been flawlessI anticipate spending a fair bit here over the years as Any true snusser will know, I ain't stopping baby..So off to a really good startZyns in the post with evri and will be dropped to shop across the road.. all free delivery with oodles of optionsI couldnt be happier 😌Very cheap, very communicativeRecommended by a friend and don't anticipate any problems. Even if there are... id bet my left one they sort it pronto

Extremely helpful service, my order was lost and delayed through no fault of the company, Lee was apologetic even when he didn’t need to be and quickly replaced the order with upgraded shipping. Would highly recommend as they go above and beyond for their customers.

Great customer service, had an issue with Royal Mail delivery and they replied within minutes of my emailing them, they gave me discount and free cans and even followed up the next day to let me know it’s out for delivery
