If the verification process is not completed or fails, the payment is not captured by us.In those cases, the reservation is automatically released by your bank, usually within 24 hours. The exact timing can sometimes depend on your bank’s processing times.If the amount is still reserved after 24 hours, we recommend contacting your bank for further details.
