I don't often leave reviews but when a service is as good as Snus Vikings provide I think it should be commended. I switched to them from another company more than a year ago. I place my order and I get delivery the next day. On one occasion this didn't happen and because they're normally so efficient I reached out to them. Anna dealt with my query promptly and professionally. She then followed up with me to ensure everything was in order. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for my Snus products.
The snus was delivered very quickly (next day when bought at 11pm the day before) and was cheap for what was bought 2 tubs for a bit more than tenner with shippingwhich is much better than shops and more convenient
I've discovered this site offers unbeatable prices for my favorite pouch brands. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the delivery even quicker. What's there not to enjoy? If they maintain this level of service, I'll certainly be placing orders every couple of weeks!
Placed an order yesterday morning which should have arrived today. Received a notification from my bank that I have been issued a refund but had absolutely no communication or explanation from Snus Vikings!Contacted them via email to find out what is going on and didn’t receive a reply.AVOID!!
